HUmana Dental Network Management

Humana needed a solution to scale with their growing network of Dental Providers. The onboarding and credentialing processes were being managed through a manual paper process and this had become challenging to maintain. Groupwork lead a multi-phase project to digitize the collection of CAQH approved applicants and helped streamline their onboarding processes. In addition to building the customer service application, Groupwork implemented a portal for Third Party localized management companies to submit applications and track the status of their providers through initial credentialing and re-credentialing procedures.

Emblemhealth Connecticare member portal

EmblemHealth had just recently teamed up with ConnectiCare when Groupwork was brought onboard to provide project leadership, architecture, and development services for their implementation of Salesforce Industries. Groupwork specifically focused on the design and delivery of the Member Portal for their health insurance customers. EmblemHealth’s goal was to consolidate business processes between the two companies and deliver a uniform desktop and mobile experience for their customers - and we achieved just that! The new member portal launched in early 2022 and they have seen substantial adoption of the new platform. Groupwork continues to support iterative development improvements to drive user adoption and self-service features.

PG&E Customer Service Console

Pacific Gas and Electric chose Salesforce Industries to build a customer service console that would keep pace with their customer demand. Groupwork was part of a team that managed iterative improvement to their phased delivery. The solution handled service requests through a customized console that would enable Customer Service Representatives with a tool to gain insight into an accounts financial/billing history. In addition, the solution handled operational requests to start, stop and transfer services for commercial and residential customers. Groupwork supported requirements gathering, design, development and testing for this highly integrated solution.

Canada Life insurance portal

Canada Life is one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies. Groupwork was engaged to develop Salesforce Industries. The focus was on the financial services aspect of Canada Life, building an Investment Portal for members. The portal includes tracking, management, and detailed breakdowns of investments, as well as information on savings plans, retirement funds, mutual funds, mortgage solutions, and more. Groupwork also provided training and guidance to Canada Life’s developers on all aspects of development and technical architecture of Salesforce Industries.

Telus salesforce industries upgrade

Telus was an early adopter of the Vlocity solution that later became Salesforce Industries. After an initial implementation Telus was looking for an experienced technical leader to drive an upgrade approach from an earlier version of the software. The team used this upgrade as an opportunity to eliminate technical debt by adopting new features in the latest version of the product.
